By using atmlab.org and its tools ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ATMLAB provides online tools, including Proxy Checker and Cashflow, "as is" and "as available", for informational and diagnostic purposes.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to test or interact with infrastructure you do not have permission to test, to attempt to disrupt the Service, or to violate applicable law.

3. No warranty

Results produced by our checkers reflect a point-in-time measurement and are provided without any warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Network conditions change constantly.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATMLAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. Free tier

Core utilities are provided free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers or additional features in the future; existing free functionality will not be revoked without notice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
